Optrex Actimist Double Action Itchy And Watery Eyes Spray is clinically proven to be effective due to its innovative way of working. The surface of the eye is covered by the tear film. The outer layer of the tear film is a protective layer of lipid which reduces tears evaporating from the eye. Itchy and watery eyes due to a disturbed lipid layer of the eye’s tear film can be associated with allergies to pollen, contact lens use and other environmental factors (eg air conditioning). How to use

For external use only.

Not suitable for use in children under 2 years old.

Adult and children over 2 years (must be supervised by an adult):

• When using for first time, 3 to 4 pumps are required to fill the pump spray. Press firmly down on the spray head 3 to 4 times to enable the product to be used.
• Spray 1 to 2 times onto the closed eyelids. Keep a distance of approx. 10cm between the spray and the closed eye.
• Should be used 3 to 4 times a day. For more severe cases, it can be used more often as required.
• Do not touch the eye surface with the spray head.
• Do not spray the product onto the open eye.

Suitable to apply while wearing contact lenses. It makes wearing contact lenses much more comfortable.

Hazards and Cautions

The bottle may be shared by several people since there is no contamination when used in accordance with the instruction for use.

Should not be used simultaneously with any eye medicines. However, if a doctor prescribes an eye medicine, an interval of 10 minutes should be left between the eye medicine and Optrex Actimist Double Action Itchy And Watery Eyes Spray.

Due to its liposomal formulation, Optrex Actimist Double Action Itchy And Watery Eyes Spray is an opaque liquid with a milky appearance and the characteristic fragrance of lecithin. A brown opacity or residue may develop during storage, particularly in the area of the spring inside the pump. This is characteristic of the vegetable component (lecithin), which has no effect on the effectiveness or tolerance.

Storage

Store between 2 and 25°C.

After first opening, the bottle may be used for up to 6 months – there is no need to discard after 28 days as is common with many eye drops.
